We offer WordPress websites, so naturally we specialise in WP hosting.  This means our services are fully optimised for WordPress …. and some other technical bits from Steve in here.

Who Designs the Website?

That is up to you!  If you are a web designer or design agency, chances are you will want to design your own sites for clients.  However, if you are a marketing company you may want the design to be included in the package.  With the WebDepartment, you choose what services and support you want.

Sales Support

Even the most experienced sales person gets thrown a few tricky questions from time to time.  We offer sales support, so if you potential clients are asking technical questions you aren’t sure about, chances are we can help.

WordPress Provision

We will provide you with everything you need for your client’s website – the site, editing system, site optimisation and a comprehensive go-live system which includes initial SEO.

White Label Site

If you want to work with us, we provide you with a white label domain and hosting site, that you can apply your own branding to.  Your customers can then buy domains and hosting through your ready built shop.  You control which products you offer and your own pricing.

Knowledge Base

You will have access to our knowledgebase.  How many times a week do you talk customers through how to set up their email, or how to xxxxxxx  ?  We’ve got answers to most of the common questions, which will save you a lot of time and effort.

SEO Optimized

All our websites (whether you design them yourself or through us) are optimised for SEO prior to going live.   If your clients want ongoing SEO we can provide advice, or offer an ongoing service – or you may wish to do this yourself.

Technical Support

The WebDepartment is primarily there to provide support.  Your customers will contact you with any issues, but when it is out of your comfort zone, you can call us.  We are on the phone, but also have a Ticket system for 24/7 support for all technical issues.  Steve to amend this.
